A knife collector's Obsession with a Sharp Edge
Southern Sharp was founded in 2023 by a lifelong knife colletor who couldn't find a sharpening service that met his standards. So he built one himself - starting with a whetstone, a grinder, and a commitment to doing it right.
Word spread fast. Chefs from local restaurants started dropping off their knives. Hunters brought in their field blades. Woodworkers trusted us with their chisels and plane irons. What started as a side project became a full-time calling.
